Bridesmaid Bouquets can be designed in a variety of ways. We’ll share a few tidbits about some of our Bridesmaid Bouquets, and spill about some of the fabulous trends for this year!

First, let’s think classical in terms of floral design. We’re talking each bridesmaid has the same bouquet– same flowers, color(s), size, and shape. We’ve seen some all-lime green Hydrangea bridesmaid bouquets, for instance, while the bridal bouquet may be an all-out purple bouquet, filled with various eggplant, lilac, and bright purple flowers.

Or even mix up the bridesmaid bouquets and have each one filled with two, three, maybe even four or five different elements, yet each one looking like the other. Let them all work together in unison in the design, all sharing the same flowers and colors, and either have the bridal bouquet be its own unique bouquet, or similar to those of the bridesmaids’, just on a larger scale to set it apart from the bridesmaid bouquets.

Loving the vintage look? It’s all the rage this year and we love it! Then let’s think about three or four lovely garden-ish and organic blooms, and some wild, free-flowing grasses for your bridesmaid bouquets. For the bridal bouquet simply incorporate all of the elements you’ve used in the bridesmaid bouquets, maybe add in another favorite bloom that’s a real “WOW” factor, or add in lots of delicate Baby’s Breath to accent; and to take it to the next level, have the bridal bouquet be larger than the bridesmaids’.

Or let’s have all of the bridesmaid bouquets be the same color, but each bouquet is comprised of different flowers. An all-white bridesmaid bouquet of nothing but Spring-y Callas, another filled with just Roses, another with nothing but Ranunculus, and the other all-out Carnations. And the bridal bouquet? A full-blown white bouquet filled with an assortment of all of the flowers used in each bridesmaid bouquet. A little bit from each girl friend. Cute, huh?

And if Rustic or Vintage in design then you can even spruce up the ribbons of your bridesmaid bouquets! Love the red and white checkers? Crazy about old vintage lace? Have a Paisley print that’s to die for? Maybe have some sweet embellishments you want added in each girls’ bouquet, or a hand-made hankie as their bridesmaid gift? How sweet would that be to have those wrapped around our hand-tied, customized bridesmaid bouquets?
