We have a confession! So it may come as no surprise, but we ADORE Sahara Roses! We love using them whenever and however we can. They’re such a versatile and gorgeous flower; we love to be creative with them and use them for nearly any type of bouquet, centerpiece, altar arrangement, archway, architectural structure…you name it, if it’s a Sahara Rose you’re wanting used in your design you can bet we’ll be all over it, creatively using it to make beautiful floral designs!
Sahara Roses can be used season- and year-round. Their soft peach/light pink/champagne/cream color (they’re a very soft shade) can be paired or incorporated very well with other flowers and floral elements that are neutral, ivory, peach, pink, purple, lavender, and pastels. They work perfectly with almost any color palette.
And they look exquisite with the very vintage or the super sophisticated designs and themes. If you’re wanting something tres-feminine or over-the-top romantic and chic, Sahara Roses definitely have your name on them! If you want vintage and whimsical or fairy tale, Sahara Roses are also a top-notch choice! They look fab in mason jars and milk glass vases, and stunning in antiqued pots, and crystal, silver or bronzed vases.
We may even argue that Sahara Roses are a favorite rose of The French Bouquet’s and Petite Fleur’s…all we know is they’re fabulous, they’re fun to design with, they’re a very regal and sturdy, yet delicate in appearance, breed of rose, and their color is not too subtle like a cream or a white, but not as bold as a pink, peach, or lavender. They’re, well…just perfect!
And speaking of Sahara Roses. We’d like to send out a thank you to Memento Designs by Jennifer Claire for sharing on her Blog one of our favorite Sahara Rose and Baby’s Breath bouquets, photographed by the talented Kevin Paul Photography!
