We had so much fun last week with all of our yellow bouquets, centerpieces, and floral designs, that today we had to revisit the topic on our Blog! From organic and backyard-feel flowers like Dahlias and Narcissus, to Spring-chic Fringed Tulips, yellow flowers for your wedding or event design are a great choice!
Yellow, as we shared last week, is a very “now” color– both the bright shade that you find in Lilies, Ranunculus and many Roses, and the vintage (mustard or canary yellow) shade that you find in Billy Balls and Kangaroo Paws.
Modern- Going for a modern design for your wedding? Orchids and perhaps the colors green and orange are going to be used, or maybe you’re contemplating Gerber Daisies or large green Monstera Leaves or Green Spider Mums? You’re on the “modern design” track and you’re wondering if the color yellow and yellow flowers could be incorporated into your design?
Vintage- Definitely on board with a vintage or antiqued design? Backyard organic blooms and grasses are being incorporated into your design? You’ve got the mason jars and tea lights on your must-have list? Vintage laces and hardcover books and Hydrangea centerpieces are on your mind, but you’re thinking about the color yellow…. Somehow wondering how you’d like to bring a bit of yellow into your design; maybe that lovely canary yellow that’s oh-so-vintage?
Or, you just want to use the beautiful color yellow! Anyway, anyhow…you love the color, so let’s use it! Take a look at some of these fabulous designs and floral arrangements that incorporate yellow just perfectly! From modern to vintage, and many places in between! Yellow is chic, it’s fresh, it’s fun, it’s happy, it’s cheerful! It’s yellow and we love it! And, we love the wide variety of flowers that come in this fun and fancy free color!
Want more yellow floral inspiration? Drop us a Facebook message and maybe we will work on more happy yellow posts– share even more yellow blooms and floral arrangements and maybe even an inspiration board! We love yellow. How about you?
